Associate Veterinarian

At Gulf Winds Animal Hospital, our mission is simple: help pets heal people. We believe deeply in the human-animal bond, and in building a team that shows up for it every single day with excellence, compassion, and heart.

We're a privately owned, fast-growing small animal practice under vision-driven leadership, and we're looking for an Associate Veterinarian who wants more than just a job. Whether you're a new graduate ready for mentorship or an experienced DVM looking for a place to grow and lead, there's a place for you here.

The Role

Provide high-quality medical, surgical, and dental care
Build trusted relationships with clients and their pets
Educate clients on preventive care and treatment plans
Collaborate with a skilled, supportive team
Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Compensation & Benefits

$120,000–$150,000 expected earnings

DVM from an accredited program, licensed or eligible in Florida
